When will support be better or more accesible?
Elextronika-I customer support is focused on delivering information and services in a variety of methods to make it as convenient as possible for our customers to get the information they need.
We offer several avenues of support for Elextronika-I customers. This includes Webtech, Fax-On-Demand (310-945-9140) and Support. We have a goal of answering the support phones and email as quickly as possible.

To cancel an account, you need to contact our Customer Service Department. This can be done by calling (562) 945-9140, or by sending a cancel request via email.
How do I change my email address?

Account passwords can be changed while you are online. To change your password with Elextronika-I, Select Change Password from the Settings menu.
If you are using Tipspro change your password from our Password page.
Is there a limit to the number of messages I send or receive? How many messages can I leave
