This web-site has been up and running from 1996 , with hundreds of technician from all over the world visiting my pages it make me feel just great , I would like to say thanks to all of you for stopping by , and to those that have Email me Tips, Support and new Ideas.  Repair Tips was the first real software dedicated to the Service technician and it was very successful , hundreds of copies were sold and hundreds of demos were downloaded.

In 1998 Our company  went to different market the videoconferencing and remote surveillance , the move probe to be very successful and I have thoughts of shutting down the Tech-Section  , but my heard and hundreds of technician ask me not to do it. So now is 1999 , We hire new people , new ideas and we're going to revitalize this section , please come back very soon.. you'll see the difference.
