Terms of Sale:
Placing an order indicates acceptance of all invoice terms and conditions. Elextronika-International accepts payment by C.O.D., cash, cashier’s check, or approved company check, Visa MasterCard, or Discover. Terms are available on approval of a completed, signed Elextronika-international Dealer Application. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Payments on open accounts are due in full as specified on invoice. Late payments, offsets or deductions for any reason are not allowed. Elextronika-International charges a $25.00 minimum returned check fee on all dishonored checks. Elextronika-International reserves the right to substitute previously returned and reconditioned product for new product on any orders received by Elextronika-International
MERCHANDISE RETURNS (RMA)- ALL SALES ARE FINAL

A copy of Elextronika-International original invoice is required for all returns or exchanges. All returns will be for exchange or merchandise credit only. Elextronika-International must receive merchandise within 15 days of invoice date for current market value credit. Sorry, there will be no credit given after 15 days. No exceptions. Any exchanges or returns for merchandise credit must be in new condition, including all original packaging, manuals, drivers, cables, and accessories. Product returned for merchandise credit will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Elextronika-International reserves the right to refuse for return any merchandise that is damaged or incomplete. This includes: product no in original packaging, missing disks, registration cards, boxes, packing material, cords and all accessories. All product returned without anti-static material protection will have the warranty voided. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON PRODUCT PACKAGING. A return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Elextronika-international prior to the return of any merchandise. RMA numbers will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Any product returned with an invalid RMA number or after 15 days will be refused. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the exterior or they will be refused. Defective product must fall under Elextronika-International warranty to be returned. All product warranties are valid from the original date of purchase. This includes product that has been exchanged or repaired. Defective product will be exchanged with new product, repaired product or repaired at Elextronika-International option. Elextronika-International will not cross ship product. Please allow 7-10 days for the processing of your RMA request.
