Elextronika-International introduces !!! MetaEye TL , a brand new videophone for especial applications , like Telemedicine , Videoconferencing , etc , this videophone come with its own Halogen Light and monitor adapter . This allow a much better light control in the videoconferencing .

June 1999-2001 Elextronika-International is working with Sentencing Alternatives a division of CSSS, INC
in the VICAP project. This project will allow law enforcing agencies to visually monitor offender for alcohol
abuse at remote locations.

Sept 1999-2004 Elextronika-International is conjunction with Sentencing Alternatives , a division of CSSS, Inc has developed Vicap Video information capture. the Vicap System observes subjects with a remote video camera that transmit video signal over standard phone lines, subjects are given a breath-analyzer for use during their sobriety test. The Vicap system transmit a full color video picture of the subject with a breath-analyzer readout to a central monitoring center for live, real-time supervision.

The Vicap interview application is Microsoft Windows base video that runs on multiple workstation and call video cameras at remote location. Each workstation has a video-compliant modem that enables the connection to the remote cameras. An operator starts each call in an audio mode and then switches to video when the subject is ready to be tested. During each call, the operator can take and save a snapshot pictures. All calls are schedule and logged in a database in a windows NT server. The test results, along with a color photograph , are time and date stamped to produce a printed report that is then automatically sent to the appropriate agency by E-mail or fax.
