TThe MetaEye
AE is a multipurpose video communication platform. The advance architecture design
makes the perfect option for the use in Remote surveillance and professional
videoconferencing, for application ranging from small business to false alarm detection
and law enforcement. The MetaEye AE is configured as a stand-alone device that can operate
on a single phone line it can be controlled locally or remotely through telephone keypad
or (optional) remote control.C connector. |

- Built in Autodialer ( in an alarm event
the unit will call two different numbers and
will video-connect automatically. IDEAL FOR FALSE ALARM DETECTION )
- PTZ camera control ( Unit built-in
PTZ controller for VIZCA cameras)
- Auto answer timer ( After an auto
answer connection the the unit will stay "ON" for a preset time ..This
timer can go from 2 to 18 minutes)
- Alarm
triggered Video to VCR ( In RX site after successful video
connection a High-Low signal can be send to a professional VCR for
automatic event recorder.
- Password protection ( 4 digits
password protection for unauthorized users )
- NTSC ( Color or B/W) ( 4 Audio, 4 Color or
B/W video inputs selectable )
- Two Input ports and two output ports
for control application.

PTZ capability has enhance surveillance opportunities in the home or at the
workplace by allowing the user to control or adjust the camera from a remote location, to
detect the status of a remote site and, if necessary, to activate an alarm or interface
auto dialing device.
Pan, Tilt and Zoom cameras are those that can be control from a remote location
, they allow to move side to side or up-down, (this are mechanical and not electronic
controls ). For example the Sony EVI-D30 (NTSC)_ or the EVI-D31 (PAL) is a pan/tilt
